The Board of Directors of Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN) has reviewed the Capital Management program commenced back in April 2009 and determined that the objectives of the program have been fundamentally achieved.
The Company has not purchased any shares under the buy back program since 21 September 2009 and accordingly, has decided to cancel the buy back program with immediate effect.
