Internet portals support access to customer and metering information, new service orders, bill queries, disputes and customer payments.

HUB Retail can accept data from a variety of feeder systems in both rated and unrated formats, providing convergent billing across multiple systems and services.

In deregulated markets HUB Retail also supports B2B and B2M industry flows across multiple jurisdictions.

HUB Retail scalability places no limits on how far and how fast a business may grow. An open client server based software solution, HUB Retail allows for modular and controlled integration of legacy systems.
